Customers can make use of the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for you to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

For goods, that cannot be send via regular post due to their nature and which are marked as "bulky good" in the bill, we will personally pick up the goods.

For all other goods: We can refuse to refund until we will receive the product or until the customer can give us written proof that the product has been sent back depending on which case is the earliest. The cancellation policy cannot be applied to following contracts:

  • Contracts for delivery of goods, that are not previously made and which need to be adjusted to the desire of the customer and which are uniquely designed to fit the individual needs of the customer.
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods, which can easily spoil or whose due date could be surpassed quickly.
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods in sealed containments, which are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene, after the seal is broken. li>
  • Contracts for the delivery of goods, which were mixed with other good due to their consistency and can no longer be>
  • Contracts for audio and video recordings or computer software, that are packaged in a sealed containment, and the very seal was removed after delivery.
